# Clearly AI Privacy Policy

_Last updated: October 30, 2026_

Thanks for visiting Clearly AI, Inc. ("Clearly AI", "we", "us”)!

Your privacy is important to us. In the course of using our websites, software, services, and third-party integrations (collectively, the "Products and Services"), you may provide us with Personally Identifiable Information (as defined below). This privacy policy applies to all of the Products and Services we offer and tells you how we collect, use, disclose and protect your Personally Identifiable Information.

For purposes of data protection laws, Clearly AI, Inc., 4025 31st Ave W, Seattle WA 98199, is the entity responsible for your information.

## Changes to our privacy policy

If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page and update the "Last Updated" date above.

## Information we collect

### Information you provide to us

We may collect your‎ name, email address, username, password, IP address, as well as other information you directly give us on our Products and Services, which may include marketing, promotions and when communicating to you about new features.

You may need to enter Personally Identifiable Information in the course of accessing and using our Products and Services. Personally Identifiable Information is captured when a visitor accesses Products and Services, or speaks with a Clearly AI employee, and willingly discloses that information. This disclosure may occur when a visitor registers with Products and Services, engages in transactions, contacts customer service, or participates in surveys, content submissions, requests for suggestions, or other aspects of services offered by us.

Personally Identifiable Information includes: (i) "Contact Data" (such as your name, username, or email address); (ii) "Demographic Data" (such as your IP address).

Communications. In the regular course of our business, we may monitor and record communications between you and our employees for improved support, training, and quality assurance purposes. We may receive confirmation when you open or click on content in an email from us, which helps us provide better support to you and make our communications to you more useful and interesting.

Testimonials and Reviews. We may display personal testimonials of satisfied customers. We will ask for your specific consent before displaying any personal testimonial you write. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at [support@clearly-ai.com](mailto:support@clearly-ai.com). We may also display customer reviews. If you provide a review that we display and wish to update or delete it, you can also contact us at [support@clearly-ai.com](mailto:support@clearly-ai.com).

### Information we automatically collect

Traffic Data. This website is hosted by Vercel. Vercel processes personal data when you visit this website, including: (i) Information about your browser, network, and device; (ii) Your IP address. Vercel needs this data to securely serve this website to you and to protect and improve its platform and services. Vercel also provides cookieless web analytics for this website. It counts page views from aggregated data (the page, referrer, country and city, browser, operating system and device type) and tells visits apart only by a hash of the request, which is discarded after 24 hours. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not track you across other websites. Because it uses no cookies and collects no personal identifiers, it runs whether or not you accept analytics cookies. See [Vercel's Web Analytics privacy documentation](https://vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy) for details.

Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies via our cookie banner, we use third-party analytics providers — Google Analytics, HubSpot, and PostHog — to learn about site traffic and activity. These providers collect information about your use of this website, including: (i) Information about your browser, network, and device; (ii) Web pages you visited prior to coming to this website; (iii) Your IP address; and (iv) details about your use of this website, including clicks, internal links, pages visited, scrolling, and timestamps. We use this information in aggregated form to understand site traffic and improve our website and Products and Services. If you do not accept analytics cookies, none of these providers are loaded and none of this analytics data is collected or shared.

Cookies. This website uses cookies and similar technologies, which are small files or pieces of text that download to a device when a visitor accesses a website or app. Necessary cookies, which allow us to securely serve this website to you and to remember your cookie preferences, are always used. Analytics and performance cookies — including those set by Google Analytics, HubSpot, and PostHog — are used only when you accept them via our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the website footer.

Web form submissions. When you submit information to this website via webform (for example, to request a demo or contact us), we collect the data requested in the webform — such as your email address, name, and company, together with the page from which you submitted the form and your IP address — in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with HubSpot, our customer relationship management provider, so that they can provide these services to us. DO NOT SUBMIT SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION VIA OUR WEB FORMS.

Newsletter subscriptions. If you subscribe to our newsletter or join our waitlist, we may send you emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We share your contact information with HubSpot, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf.

## How we use the information we collect

We generally use your Personally Identifiable Information for the following purposes:

1. to deliver and operate the Products and Services you request,
2. to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate our Products and Services,
3. to personalize your experience,
4. to provide or offer software updates and product announcements,
5. to monitor and analyze use of our Products and Services,
6. to administer our Products and Services,
7. to generate and derive useful data and information concerning the interests, characteristics and behavior of our users,
8. to verify that visitors to our Products and Services meet the criteria required to process their requests,
9. to comply with our legal obligations or as permitted by law,
10. to protect the safety and integrity of our users, employees, third parties, members of the public, and the Products and Services, and
11. to prevent fraud and enforce our legal rights.

## Protection of your personally identifiable information

We strive to make certain that our servers and connections incorporate the latest encryption and security devices. We have implemented physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Unfortunately, no data transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure and we therefore cannot guarantee the security of information you transmit to or from the Products and Services, or through the use of our Products and Services, and you provide this information at your own risk. ACCORDINGLY, WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR THE THEFT, LOSS, OR INTERCEPTION OF, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR DAMAGE TO, YOUR DATA OR COMMUNICATIONS BY USING THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND ASSUME THESE RISKS.

IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR PRIVACY HAS BEEN BREACHED THROUGH USE OF OUR WEBSITE, APPLICATIONS, OR OTHER SERVICES PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AT [support@clearly-ai.com](mailto:support@clearly-ai.com).

## Data retention

At minimum, we will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may maintain some or all of this data in our archives even after it has been removed from our Products and Services.

## Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell, transfer, or otherwise share your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties or any data that you store using our services to any third party except as outlined in this privacy policy or with your consent. This does not include trusted third parties we partner with to assist us in operating our Products and Services, conducting and improving our business, or servicing you, in which case we may provide access to your Personally Identifiable Information only for purposes of performing these tasks. Additionally, we may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including your Personally Identifiable Information, in connection with a potential or actual corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets. In any such event, you will receive notice if your data is transferred and becomes subject to a substantially different privacy policy. We may also release your Personally Identifiable Information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property or safety.

## Choice/opt-out

We will only send you messages if you have signed up for our Waitlist or Founder Newsletter. You can opt out of receiving these emails by following the opt-out instructions provided in those emails or by contacting us at [support@clearly-ai.com](mailto:support@clearly-ai.com) with your specific request.

## Children's privacy

The Products and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information (as that term is defined in the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)) from children under 13. If we discover that an individual under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete the personal information to the extent required by COPPA.

We do not knowingly process data of EU residents under the age of 16 without parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected data from an EU resident under the age of 16 without parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible.
