Content delivery network, web application firewall, web hosting; all network traffic
Processing is performed at the data center that is closest to the End User
Secure cloud runtime and sandbox execution for AI agents, including code/software execution; all AI agent processing

Cloud data warehouse and analytics database for storing, processing, and querying application and observability data; all analytics data
Customer-selected hosting region
Web crawling, context extraction, document parsing; all URL sources

Product analytics, observability, and debugging; all analytics and logging data

Transactional email delivery, including message content, recipient data, metadata, and delivery analytics; all email notification data

Database and other cloud service provider; all saved data

We also have the following optional AI providers. Clearly AI administrators may elect to enable these AI providers via the Clearly AI Settings page.
Please note that Clearly AI has a Zero Day Retention Agreement with both OpenAI and Anthropic. Certain Enterprise customers can elect to provide an LLM API key upon request.
